Episode 011: Half-Hour of “Huh?”

As Oscar Wilde once said, “The best laid plans of mice and men often go to EPIC FAIL.”

Such was our experience this past Friday, as guest after guest bailed on us and we exhausted our respective phone books and Facebook friend lists trying to procure a replacement. Ultimately, we ended up with Hayslip again, who… y’know… I mean… he’s okay… I guess. It turned into another meta-episode (you love those, right?) as we threw down some thoughts on merch‘, cables, and how to grow this baby into Godzilla. Hint: it involves YOU. So sit back and listen as we give a little back to you, our audience, on this short but sweet edition of BF…

Weekly Why 002: RaiderVille Diaries Part II

We’re back for the second installment of the RaiderVille Diaries, joined this time by yet another first-time guest, Lexi Ellis. We managed to cram four people into the midget tent and muse about the social dynamics of the growing community, authority, lawlessness, and such. The party’s going strong and there are still two days to go!

Weekly Why 001: RaiderVille Diaries Part I

Every once in a while, people come together for an event spontaneously, forming a community of like minds that lives, breathes, and functions like a full-fledged village. This week, leading up to the epic college football match-up between Texas Tech University and the University of Texas, Bad Philosophy will follow the development of just such a place: RaiderVille, TX. Watch and listen as we record our experiences from INSIDE this unique gathering in our new mini-series, RaiderVille Diaries.
